Bloomberg Businessweek is a weekly business magazine founded in 1929.  The magazine was created to provide information and interpretations about what is happening in the business world.  The publication is located in New York City.

The magazine covers subjects such as marketing labor, finance, management and political issues that impact the business world. Originally, the publication was published as a resource for business managers.

In the 1970s, the magazine shifted its strategy to consumers outside the business world. Since 1988, the magazine has published annual rankings of the best business school MBA programs in the United States.

Bloomberg Businessweek publication hopes to provide and get business professionals and executives ready to take on the week. Bloomberg works to report on and discover the things that are essential for all kinds of business owners and decision makers.

Bloomberg Businessweek has received numerous awards.  In 2014, the magazine won a Society of American Business Editors and Writers Best in Business award for magazines.
